To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it

  • The item must be in its original packaging

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items marked as final sale

 

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

 

Refunds:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method

Return Shipping Costs:

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs

  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees
